Trent Mask puts the REV in revolution.
A line has been drawn.
Indie vs Pro
Here at GearShark, we’re straddling that line to bring you exclusive coverage of what some have dubbed the war of racing.
Every war starts with a spark and ends in revolution.
Drew Forrester was the spark,
but his second-in-command is the REVolution.
What does it take to stand brave in the face of opposition?
Resolve of steel…
Stubborn will…
And a heart that refuses to give up.
It isn’t just the drivers in this war.
The revolution is about more than just racing.
It’s about shattering labels and taking risks.
So we asked Trent Mask: Truth or Dare?
His answer?

*This is book 2 in the GearShark series.
This book contains french fries, fast cars and two men in love.

I fell in love with Drew and Trent in Junkie and couldn't wait a moment longer before diving into Rev to get their HEA. Although I'm not a big fan of racing per se, I do miss the lack of racing or car moment in this second book. This time around, much of the plot is being dedicated to Drew and Trent relationship, dealing with their coming out and in the midst of it showing us how solid is their relationship.

I love sappiness as much as the next romance reader, but with every chapter reiterating their feelings and love for each other is just a tad too much for me. I still love them both and I enjoyed their immature revenge plan. They are young men after all. Is great to see their support system, which include the couples from Hashtag series. Louharven ( did I spell that, right?) and Arrow are also a nice addition. Eventhough I no longer interested in m/f, I might just read about Joey and Louharven next.

Overall, Rev is still a must read for fans of Junkie to get Drew and Trent HEA. I love how strong they are together, but still not as exciting as Junkie, thus 4 stars.
