Blog Tour ARC Review + Giveaway: All the Rage by T.M. Frazier

Are you ready to meet Rage?
Now is your chance!

They call me Rage.
My real name is like a shadow, always close behind, but never quite able to catch up.
I fly under the radar because no one ever suspects I’m capable of the kind of brutal violence I commit each and every day.
You see, I’m a girl. I’m nineteen.
And I'm a killer.
This life is all I know. It s all I want to know. It keeps the s**t buried that I need kept buried. It allows me to live without thinking too much.
Without dwelling on the past.
Until him.
It all changes when an ordinary boy becomes my next target.
And my first love.
I have to choose.
The only life I ve ever known has to die, or he does.
Either way, I ll be the one pulling the trigger...

I got a little glimpse into Rage while reading Bear's book and this chick is crazy, in a homicidal way. I'm looking forward to her story and find out what's the deal about this crazy chick.

Hope aka Rage is different since she was a child. She has no empathy towards anyone and had a special kind of twisted craving. Her only friend was Cody, who is also her best friend and neighbor. They would have been the perfect childhood sweetheart, if only Hope is a normal girl. When she was sixteen, she decided to ditch her old life once and for all and embrace Rage as her new life.

She found solace in her new friend and mentor, Smoke, who taught her how to blow things up and wreck havoc while being paid for it. When she got a new assignment to babysit a college kid who was laying low at the Logan's Beach, her feelings was tested for the first time.

At first glance, Nolan seems to be any other cocky college jock who was recuperating from a leg injury at his grandparent's cottage. When a mysterious blonde girl saved him from a near death experience, he turned into a horny kid who wanted his first taste of a pussy.

While getting close with Nolan under a false pretense, Rage find out that for the first time someone manage to invoke a special kind of feeling in her. She torn between running scare and staying to complete her mission.

First of all, I'm a little surprised that there isn't more action being a Rage book. I thought she will be blowing things up, killing people and causing more mayhem. In fact, the first half of the book was pretty sedate. She was spending time with Nolan playing house, though is was kind of cute and adorable. There is an underlying sense of minor mystery surrounding the truth behind Nolan's identity and why Rage was assigned to him. He seems a tad too young to be in such situation and status, but I don't find it me to question the plausibility of it.

The interesting part of the story is pretty much about how a girl like Rage, who was extremely OCD, lack moral, feeling and empathy and possess to ability to kill without remorse can actually find herself falling in love for the first time. Nolan appear to be her perfect match. The one person who can handle her quirks and rage. I like the way he was so crazy possessive of her despite her denial.

As I had mentioned, there isn't much action in this book as compare to King and Bear's book. Only towards the last quarter did we get any suspense and action at all. The thing that transpired during this last part was a tad over the top and not really convincing to me. It sort of too far fetched to be believable. But anyway, TM Frazier never fail to entertaining and provide some much anticipated twist in her works.

It was once said that if you love someone enough you should let them go.  If they come back to you, they were always meant to be yours.
It's kind of bullshit.
My story was a little different than most.  I was a little different than most.
Because in my story, if you love someone enough, you should first drop the gun.

T.M. (Tracey Marie) Frazier resides in sunny Southwest Florida with her husband and three feisty fur kids.

She attended Florida Gulf Coast University where she specialized in public speaking. After years working in real estate and new home construction, she decided it was finally time to stop pushing her dreams to the back burner and pursue writing seriously.

In the third grade she wrote her very first story about a lost hamster. It earned rave reviews from both her teacher and her parents.

It only took her twenty years to start the next one.
It will not be about hamsters.
