Review: Vanquish ( Deliver #2 ) by Pam Godwin

Vanquish by Pam Godwin

Her life is like a prison cell.
A self-made, to-hell-with-the-free-world existence that locks from the inside.
Stop judging. Her agoraphobia doesn’t define her. It simply keeps her safe.

He belongs in a prison cell.
The 6x8, make-me-your-bitch variety that locks from the outside.
But he’s free. To hunt. To take. To break.
And he just found a sexy new toy.

Capturing her is the easy part. Her fucked-up mind, however, makes him question everything he does next.
But he’s a determined bastard. If all goes his way, this will hurt like hell.

I didn't read Deliver because I'm not into the whole dominatrix thingy. But after I read Vanquish, I feels like giving Deliver a try. But of course I was pretty much spoiled for most of everything that went down in Book 1.

I believe Van might be the villain in previous book. He was such a creep, a perv and a stalker. But I was thoroughly fascinated by his twisted thoughts. The dolls he keeps totally weird me out.

Van bump into his new target, Amber while he was stalking his ex, Liv. Go figure. The things he did baffled my mind, but I was here chanting "Do it, do it. Go Van. Go kidnap her!" Lol.

Amber is a nutcase. She had an extreme agoraphobia and OCD. She never left her house in two years. Crazy much? What happened to Amber is something I'm dying to find out.

I really enjoyed reading about how this two crazy individual come together and become their own normal. They are the cure for each other. Van's journey for redemption is something beautiful too. Totally can't see that coming that he had it in him to be a better man.

This can works as a standalone.
